How analysis usage works
One use is reserved after a file passes validation and enters processing. System failures, timeouts, and quality-gate rejections without a valid result are returned automatically. Deleting a completed result does not return usage. Free uses a rolling 24-hour allowance; Pro and Max reset each billing month. Reaching a limit never creates overage charges.
Payment, renewal, and cancellation
When payment channels open, checkout will restate the amount, currency, term, renewal date, taxes, and cancellation method. Cancellation stops future renewal while paid access continues through the current period. Refunds are handled by the original channel.
In-app prices will always come from the App Store or Google Play. Website reference prices never override the localized store checkout price.
Frequently asked questions
Does a failed analysis use my allowance?
System failures, timeouts, and quality-gate rejections without a valid result do not use an analysis. Repeated invalid uploads may still be rate-limited.
When does yearly-plan usage reset?
Yearly subscribers still reset monthly on their subscription anchor; the full yearly allowance is not granted upfront.
Do I lose access immediately after canceling?
No. Cancellation stops renewal and access continues through the paid period.
Can I use a web purchase in the app?
Within one sales market, membership follows your Badmi account. Sign in with the same account to sync it.
How do I restore a purchase?
Once mobile billing opens, the paywall will include Restore Purchase and Manage Subscription actions.
How do upgrades, downgrades, and refunds work?
Upgrades normally apply immediately and downgrades at the next term. Settlement and refunds follow the original channel.
Is history deleted after expiry?
Not immediately. Items outside the Free viewing window become locked first; deletion follows the separate retention policy.
Why are CNY and USD prices not live conversions?
They are separate market products shaped by store tiers, taxes, and local settlement rules.
